POSITIVE TRANSITIONS CHALLENGES YOU

Positive Transitions was established to help the community fight systemic racism by providing a safe home and support services to individuals and families at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. We offer a complete family self-sufficiency program that targets disadvantaged communities, strengthening and preparing clients to live independent and successful lives.

 

The Positive Transitions board is composed of women of color from the Bay Area. We come from various income levels and professional backgrounds. We realize the issues we face in the low-income housing market and have developed a unique way of addressing the homeless crisis among work-ready or trainable individuals and families.
